New Hampshire is likely the most pro-freedom state.

Ron Paul was never elected as a Libertarian. The won all congressional elections as a declared Republican, though he is still very much a Libertarian at heart and did run or President on the LP ticket.

No state with Texas's gustapo TABC can claim libertarianism.

Texas actually elected a Libertarian as congressman. Ron Paul, he ended up switching to the Republican party.

Libertarians began their party in Colorado.
