agree !!! rio ferdinand for me....he is nothing compared to his price tag and glamour...
carragher and terry is much much better than him...agger, dawson or maybe campbell are also good value for money.
another overated player for me is carrick....he is ok but no better than joey barton or nolan.

No Rio prove he was worth 30m as Man U was one of the worst defence of the premiership! With his arrival, he helped Man U to get one of best defence of EUROPE. Btw he scored a wonderful goal against LFC. Wayne Rooney is not overrated, he prove that he's worth £30m, he is the essence of United these days as well for england. I think that Andriy Shevchenko is the most overrated player as he has lost his magic touch, with Ac Milan he was great but poor with Chelsea. Chelsea has the most overrated players...
