Babysitting is a great idea. As a parent, if my sitter is good, reliable and responsible, I will pay the $$ to keep him/her.
Other ideas:
1. Dog walking
2. Make crafts, sell at shows.
3. Buy stuff cheap at garage sales, resell it on E-bay.
4. Yard work.
