I like it, its pretty and it's not something ever second person is named..

Leah is a pretty name, but stick with the standard pronunciation. Otherwise she'll have to go through her entire life correcting people. As for the Monty Karl name, again, other kids will make fun of it.

I love it especialy if you pronounce it LA YA. My cousin's daughter is named Leah (pronouced like above) and I think it is so cute.
