they would be shocked, and plus men actually kill people over this, so keep it quiet, but since it might be out into the open tell them seriously without a smile on your face about your situation and what your truly are, a woman. Tell them that you will be changing, but you hope their hearts and feelings of you don't. Take care,

It would depend on your friends. I'm a pre-op male to female transsexual, and my friends and a few family members have been the only living people supporting me. My best friend was completely accepting and has been my rock during those terrible years where my parents wouldn't let me make the switch. Some friends can be accepting and supportive, while others could abandon you, or worse.

They probably wouldnt react well. Most people are very put off by that kind of thing. If they are your true friends (which its likely most of them arent but im sure you have a couple) then they will stick by you no matter what. Dont be afraid to be who you are. You need to make yourself happy first. If they dont get with it then you can find new friends that will except you once youve made your change! Be honest and good luck

Well, your friends would have to make some choices on how they choose to react. If they are living in mainstream heteronormative (i didn't say heterosexual ^_~) culture, then hopefully they will seek information about sex and gender identities in order to empathize with you, and to stand with you in a world full of self serving people out to oppress those who choose to take control of their own personal identity, regardless of popular opinion.

My name is Gabriel, and I am a gender educator. I'm also the director of a gender education community, called Gender Schmender, currently home to 182 members from all over the world. You are more than welcome to check it out ^_^

That really depends on your friends. I would not tell anyone except your very closest friend. Then I would talk to a doctor about your next step to take. Think about your options, then make a decision, then act upon it, if you choose. Then only then would I tell everyone that you love, what you have decided to do.

I don't get it. Why would any man would want to be a female? women are the must beautifull species to touch and care for, unless you become a lesbian, you won't be able to do that anymore. Plus the bible condemns it. You don't wanna go to hell.

If they are really good friends they will accept you for who you want to be. So prepare to find out who your real friends are.

well there's a few possibilities here: they'll either freak out and not want to be your friend anymore...or they'll freak out and kick your *** or have someone do it for them...or they'll be cool about it and still be your friend. depends on what kind of friends you got
