How old is the girl for one thing.
Can an innocent incident be interpreted as an out right attack?
Does the girl have issues and looking for attention?
There have been times kids falsely accuse someone just for the attention or to keep them from trouble.
But the guy could be arrested...and if the accusations turn out to be false....the accuser and her parents could be sued in a civil court for monetary damges.
It seems pedophilia is the new witch hunt.....point a finger at someone and they are burned at the stake.

It depends on the statute of limitations in the state. Which vary depending on the level of the crime.
And generally speaking, there must be corroborating evidence to convict a person of a crime, mere accusations alone are not enough.

Example the guy holds your (o)(o) and blood streaks and and left a scar that could be possible to arrest the asshole

yes preists get caught all the time and get charged long after it has happened, but they have done so much more.
