Second babies are often quicker, but no guarantees. Being induced often takes longer than natural in general.

Good luck

Ive heard it goes alot quicker with your second and it really depends on if your baby is ready to come or not. My cousin had her son in 6 hours being induced. I was in labor for over 24 hours when I was induced but they induced me at 38 weeks and my body and baby just werent ready

It all depends on you I suppose. Becuase the first time I was induced I was only in labor for about 3 hours. Everyone is different. My friend was induced 3 weeks ago for the first time and she was in labor 14 hours.

It won't matter that this is your second induction.

All that matters is how your body reacts to the drugs. If you're already partially dilated and effaced, that's good. You'll be soft and ripe and ready for the pitocin to start contractions. If not, then it will take time to get to that point.

it should go faster because your body has done it once
