Have you people hate dogs? I deeply hated them. They're annoying turd eating mindless yappers that goes on forever. plus they bite people for no good reasons! people died by dogs!

How many cats are ever like that? none! this is why i am a huge cat lover!

Do you hate dogs? if so, why do you? I was nearly mauled for no good reason by the devil dog. little toy dogs kept yapping at me like i was invading their territory. No matter how much urine they spray where i live is my damn territory.

I hate those little lap dogs. My mom has a Westie Terror ( I mean Terrior) and all it does is bark. Those little dogs aren't cute. They're the product of dust and insects breeding together.

Hmmm... well, a lot of what dogs do is reflected in how they are treated and trained by their owners. Dogs are animals that require benevolent, kind, and CONSISTENT leadership - something most people don't do. They want to treat their dogs like human children, and a dog consequently, takes advantage of that, thinking that their human is weak and they need to lead. That, in turn, manifests itself in yapping, peeing, barking, territorial issues, aggression, dominance issues, biting, and so on. Dogs are pack animals, and like wolves, they do thinks to maintain rank and file - up to and including taking leadership positions if they have the opportunity. I would hate the owner, not the dog. They're pretty simple to understand and love if you do the right things with them.

Cats, on the other hand, are more like roommates - BUT - they can have their share of problems too if things change. Cats are a bit more subtle about it in a lot of cases. Scratching, spraying, marking (ie inappropriate elimination - #1 reason cats are given up btw). They are *not* pack animals, thus don't need that type of consistent leadership that a dog requires to be decent. (And that is the reason I tell most people that want a dog and plan on not being around that much to get a cat.)

In any case, cats and dogs are different and need different approaches to be good mannered friends. They need understanding and patience, just like people do. Some people hate cats, some people hate dogs, some people love both, some people hate anything on four legs... it does come down to a matter of taste - but in general... if you meet a good dog, you're going to meet a good owner and vice versa.

I love dogs and cats. I have always had both together. I take good care of them. I also feed them well they never ate turds. Mine have never been mindless yappers or bitten anyone. People have died by cats, though not mine. I was mauled by a dog as a child and I've learned this: TAKE a look at the owners not the animals. Pets are a luxury take care of them and treat them as so and they'll have no reason to spray urine.

im both a dog and cat person. I used to be afraid of dogs i think it was because when i was smaller my mom had a brilliant idea to get a dog bigger than me. I was terrified. I think i was also afraid because dogs sometimes get a little too crazy. But i know how you feel at times there are some dogs that are way beyond wild barking out of nowhere.. sometimes i would find myself more than halfway outside the sidewalk trying to avoid those dogs. Now that i have gotten used to having my dog around i have learned to appreciate him and not get scared well at least not as easily. i dont blame you for being a cat person cats are easier to deal with and do bring happiness. Just remember not all dogs are like this but i guess eveyone's entitled to their own opinion

i have 2 dogs and a cat, and there is no such thing as a bad pet, just bad pet owners, if an animal is mean, its just cause some bad pet owner made them that way, or they haven't been domesticated. Dogs are good for lots of things, like the blind and stuff, and cats just sit in your lap, they really have no use...personally i think lazy people are cat lovers, because cats basically take care of themselves. The only thing cats are good for is killing mice, and dogs have learned to do that too.

I don't hate dogs, but can't help not liking them at times. Our neighbour across the back alley has two huge things that bark incessantly. People stream up and down our front street all evening with their dogs, peeing and pooping (they do scoop, thank goodness). My son was bitten twice in our neighbourhood (nothing serious, just really scary) by two different dogs who were in no way provoked.
So I stick with my sweet kitty. Give yours a hug, too!

Some people are just hated by dogs. My dad is one of them any dog he even walks past will bark at him. At least you love cats and they obviously see your a cat person.

Cats scratch, stink, and bite. They are prissy and never play unless they're annoying ones you can't control, and you can't pet them, unless they're the kind most people are allergic to. Their food smells like alligator sh!t. I want to puke everytime I feed one. If every cat in the world suddenly stopped breathing, I would be just a tiny bit happier. I would rather impale myself with a rusty giant spoon than have to live with a cat.

Every dog I've owned has been relatively intelligent, for an animal. They've been loving, excited to see us, and have trained well. They never bark, because we train them early. Dogs never bite unless you do something stupid, like threatent them or go near they're puppies. Cats always bite. I can pet and love my dog, and a cat just makes me want to punch holes in my face.

A guy who likes cats over dogs should consider changing his boxers to briefs, or rather panties, you wiener.

Blame the trainer, not the animal. You give a dog blood, he hungers for blood, and will bite for it. You train a dog well, and they will act well. You give a cat blood and they just run away like little independent b!tches.

Grow some balls.

Boy lots of anger issues.

Too bad, but there are many bad dog owners and they all seem to live around you. Cats or dogs no matter, no such thing as a bad pet. Just bad pet owners !!

I hate pit bulls, they are very scary and I would never want to be around one. I like cats better too but they are the ones that spray urine everywhere, not dogs.
