Assuming you have WindowsXP...
Start
Control Panel
Network and Internet Connections
Internet Options -- where you see "History" (at the bottom) click "Clear History" and then click "OK"

IE:

1. Tools > Internet Options > Delete History.
2. Tools > Internet Options > Content > AutoComplete > Clear Forms.

Firefox:

1. Tools > Clear Private Data.

on Internet explorer you can click tools on the top and go to internet options and then delete history or something like that on Firefox hit ctrl+shift+delete

Well when I go on alot of websites the toolfbar last website will dissapear. Go to a bunch of different sites and then see if is's sill there. Hope this helps!
