proportions......?

the title bars are fine, bit the view below is huge !!! Desktop resolution is fine. All else is way out or >proportion....< that word up to the last dot on my screen is 3" long and approximately 3/4 " high.......HELP

Right click in the window. Then hold down the Ctrl key, and move the mouse wheel. Moving forward makes it smaller, and toward you makes it larger.
