ok my brothers bestfriend and me have been flirting off and on for years but he wont ask me out instead he askes out another girl what advice or sugjestions do you have for me

He probably doesn't want to admit that he likes you or is scared to ask you out, so he is going out with another girl so he can get you to react. He wants you to be jealous and he wants you to tell him that. My suggestion for you is to just tell him you like him, cause he probably likes you too.

he probably flirts with you because he likes the idea of someone liking him but not being able to have him. Or he probably doesn't see you as a girlfriend that's why he didn't ask you out. Even if your brother said its cool he still might not wanna go out with his best friend's sister. Bottom line, there's a reason why he doesn't want to ask you out. Either ask him or get your brother to ask him. Keep in mind that if ya'll start going out will you be okay with him flirting with other girls? Good luck!!!

The same reason why women with boyfriends (or husbands) flirt with other men. They have hidden motives. Don't, however, confuse joking with a member of the opposite sex with flirting. Some people just like to kid around in a friendly manner, while others are seriously out to flirt and make some kind of contact, whether it be for sex or for other hidden reasons. Be careful.

Insecurity is the best answer guys will flirt offen to get up the courage to ask someone in this case he asked another girl out, maybe it would help if he had ESP and knew what you were thinking better yet tell him you like him and would like to know if he feels the same..?

As a married man who flirts, the reason for flirting is just another form of communication, we use body language, flirting or just regular chatting, flirting is just loose talk, as for this boy if you want him go get him, ask him out, is you want a sandwich are you planning on waiting till it flys on a plate to you, go to the refrig and get it, just ask him, either ask him or forget it because he ain't gonna make the first move or he would have done it.

Flirting isn't always an indication of actual dating interest...guys and girls will sometimes flirt with people they have no desire to go out with (online or offline)...
Flirting is generally to get a reaction back...it's an ego booster...it may or may not indicate the other person wants to get to know you better...

its just fun to flirt sometimes whether you're interested in the person or not. or maybe you two have two different ideas of what flirting is. and the fact that he's your brothers best friend might have a lot to do with it. i'd never date one of my friends sisters...bros before hoes

I think he likes you but he respects your brother and does not want to cross that line and start dating you. He is afraid that when you and he break up he will loose his best friend. I have been in this situation several times.

sometimes we cant help it....and sometimes we dont even notice that we are doing it. in my gym class I talk to a friend of mine (a girl) and everyone thinks that we are hitting on each other, but I dont realize it but it doesnt matter because we clearly established that I had a girlfriend and she had a boyfriend (not each other) and we had no interest in becoming more than just friends
