Seattle Washington, simply because my aunt and uncle and cousins live there and I haven't seen them in about 10 years and I would love to go there and visit them.

I lived in Seattle and Bremerton (during the 80's). The rain comes down unexpectantly, but the air there is fresh and clean too!. Some parts of Seattle have those "hilly" streets, like San Francisco!. I'd go back again, just for a visit.

Even though I am a politically conservative person, I'd pick Seatle. It is a sleepless place for a sleep deprived person like me. That is where grunge was born and where Starbucks coffee shop originated. What more can a girl want?
The reason is because I live in California, where it's sunny. Maybe too sunny. I love the rain becuase it cheers me up a lot. I feel more at home in a rainy place like Seattle than in a sunny place like Austin.

I heard that Austin is becoming too conservative. Seattle is suppose to be dreary most of the year, but people love it. I am thinking of moving there.
