So I'm rushing off to work in the mornings and traffic is crazy, my cd player is not working so I hit the preset station button and they are yapping away. I go down the line...pushing all of the buttons and everyone is talking. Then finially, I get lucky..found a station that's actually playing a song. It's the last 5 seconds of the song and then they start talking again. Arggggggggh!!!!!!!!
Does this bother anyone else? I just want to groove to some good music and get my mind off the traffic. why all of the talk?

I was just talking to my friend about this today. I can't stand trying to find good music in the morning and hear people talking so much and at times the subject is garbage and they bash people too much. I wish they would only allow them only 3 minutes to talk and rest of the program, play music. I know you really regretted that your CD player wasn't working because just imagining your situation, gives me a headache with all the jabbering they do in the morning.

It bothers me too. I was just thinking today how good this one station is at night, when they actually play music without all the talking.

Yea it does but since Whoopi Goldberg got her a morning show on the radio, It's not so bad mornings anymore. She is on lite-fm, which is 93.9 in Chicago area and she's on from 5am to 9am central time.

YES! I can totally relate. It annoys the crap outta me. Why do they all have to be in the morning anyway? Can't they do it at different times like afternoon, evening, etc instead of all channels talking from like 7-11am.

Way too many morning talk shows. I just want to chill and listen to to tunes. Gonna get the IPOD adaptor and listen to it in my car,

Ooooh, I just *hate* that. I just usually pop in a cd, and I'm all good =)
