Who cares who Lindsay does next or if Rachel really loves him or if Brittany is fat or Madonna stretches in the nude? Are our lives so dull we need a daily concoction of Jessica and John to get us up for the traffic jam?

I personally find it kind of funny since they cant seem to keep their life together. I dont mean to sound mean or hypocrytical, but i find it funny that they cant keep a relationship up and running, and how they pass out in a night club of popping to many pills. I dont buy tabloids, but when I hear these rediculous stories, I just think how I am glad I am not them.

I agree, we do live in a celebrity-obsessed society. I think because of war and everything else that's going on, we are constantly looking for distractions, EVEN if that means learning about what Lindsay Lohan or Madonna does next. The Press wouldn't publish this crap if we didn't really care about the celebs, so I blame us.

Hollywood sells to those who dream big and cannot achieve it. Why do celebs think they are any better than the next person? I couldn't care less about the hollywood types.

i agree, i don't think most ppl really care its just that the media keeps pushing them in our face every second of every day....i am sure though the celeb's agents have a lot to do with that...what do they say...even bad press is a good thing

I totally agree. Just ignore the hyperlinks that direct you that way...that's what I do.
For some people (mostly immature people who let television guide their every movement), they MUST know everything that goes on in Cali.
I don't really get it...but oh well, each to their own thing.

You know what's annoying, Tom Cruise and whats-her-name are getting married soon. It'll be shoved in our face-what dress she is wearing, will her parents go, will Nicole K go etc etc. each magazine and tv show, EEWW
