The universe is a single organism, and being a part of it, my actions (good or bad) affect the entire universe. The life in me is the same life of the universe.

Yes I do matter. I take matter in, process matter, and flush matter down the toilet. I matter all over the place. The universe is made of matter, so not only do I matter, but all the things in the universe matters.

Yes I do matter to my family, and friends. It doesn't feel right having thought that I am alive just by accident. There must be a reason. Which I have to figure out just like everyone else. Maybe thats the biggest purpose of life.
