Pokemon Emerald?

Question

I really need help with Pokemon Emerald. I do not know how to get Jirachi or Mew or Deoxys. Don't tell me to get a "ticket" because everyone has said that and I don't know where to get the "tickets". If you can help me finding the tickets and locating the rare pokemon post and clarify.

you can't

without cheating devices- which i don't advise, as it will break your games. i don't know how to use the cheating methods.

for jirachi, there is a pre-order disc that came with colosseum when it was released. you can trade jirachi from the pre-order disc onto a game somehow.

for deoxys, back in august, there was a nintendo event. other than that event, if you go to a nintendo event, or a nintendo store like in Rockafeller, New York, you can use the hot spot, if it's still there, to download "TICKETS" onto your game, randomly.

for mew, there was an event held by nintendo at toysRus toy stores on september 30, 2006. you were able to trade a mew onto your game by giving up ANY of your pokemon. i gave up a level 5 voltorb. if you were on fire/leaf you could get an "OLD SEA CHART" instead of tickets at the hotspot, possibly

Beldum See Steven's house after you beat the Elite four.
Castform Take out the rival team at the weather institute.
Chikorita, Cyndaquil or Tododile When you complete the 200 Pokemon of Hoenn. Professor Birch will call you on your Pokenav.
Deoxys Get the Aurara Ticket, and go to Birth Island
Groudon Beat the Elite Four, and go to the land lair.
Ho-oh/Lugia Get the Mystic Ticket, and go to Navel Island
Kyogre Beat the Elite Four, and go to the sea lair.
Latios or Latias After beating the elite four, watch the T.V. downstairs in your house.
Latios or Latias Mix records with a Ruby or Sapphire with the Eon ticket, and go to Southern Island.
Mew Get the Old Sea Chart, and go to Faraway Island
Rayquaza Get Magma and Aqua to get Kyogre and Groudon out of the cave, and go to Sky Pillar.
Treeko, Torchic, or Mudkip Help Proffesor Birch escape the wild pokemon

Crystal is the prior new release to Emerald. Fewer pokemon, special international... a few men and women just like the alterations to the nextgen (emerald), others do not. Personally, I do not just like the nextgen alterations. Crystal is my favourite, however I'm downloading a pokemon Yellow rom (I can not discover my exact recreation :( ) for nostalgia's sake :P But Crystal is satisfactory, IMO Short variant: Crystal

Okay i'm sorry to say but.... the only possible way to get said pokemon is to go to a nintendo event and have the mystery gift option to download the tickets at the joyspots another way is ofcourse the gameshark or actionreplay. as for the locations go to Birth Island and Worlds edge for more info go to
