I've been having cramps for aboujt a week and i just started taking that vitex...it is a side effect of it...but when we have sex it really hurts it feels like its pushing up my ovaries and afterwards like my insides hurt....i know this isnt normal....my boobs have been hurting really bad even if he just barely touches them...i havent had a period in 11 months because i took the depo one time last october in 2005...i dont think that vitex could of made me ovulate already do you? its just freaking me out cause it hurts when we have sex...did anyone else have this ever? and were not rough...

lay off the sex for a while...why are you taking vitex? its herbal and not really tested : Nausea, stomach upset or headache may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, contact your doctor promptly. Tell your doctor immediately if you have any of these unlikely but serious side effects: unusual changes in the menstrual period. An allergic reaction to this drug is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist. get off the supps and see your doc
