George Bush is a no duck president because in order to have a duck, you must catch one first. In order to catch one, you must have a good plan. His plan for the duck is to kill the duck that is not there!

Due to the fact that he is a two-term President, he is considered a Lame Duck President, since he cannot run again. As to the rest of your question, I'm sure he hasn't hunted with Cheney, so he hasn't had to duck. Maybe he doesn't eat duck. And maybe Laura calls him Ducky. Or, right or wrong, he hasn't ducked from his beliefs, and his Cabinet members think he is just ducky. Hope this helps.

I would like to choose 4. The incompetent ducky President because of Bush's countless mistakes in making decisions. And you saw what his incompetent mind did to him, it has SERIOUSLY clouded up his judgment! I guess you know the rest of the story from there.
