That happens to me sometimes too. Throughout our lives our menstrual cycles vary and change, so as you get older, you notice things like cramps or bloating are getting worse. No two periods are exactly the same, but if it happens again next month, or it's worse, see a doctor. It's probably nothing, but it'll put your mind at ease to hear it from a professional.

It's kinda hard to say because periods can be affected by SO many different things! Sometimes sex can affect your pain levels. My boyfriend and I stopped having sex, and my cramps didn't hurt as bad as they did. Stress, or improper nutrition also. Not saying you're unhealthy, but I started drinking this vitamin powder in juice called All One powder, and my cramps aren't half as bad as they once were.

Cramps can vary from month to month. Sometimes it has to do with your hormones, other times with stress. If you are concerned, discuss it with your OB/GYN.

My cramps often vary. Birth control pills help regulate it. You also might have endometriosis. Check with your obgyn.

I don't know why. I wish I knew. Sometimes they hurt so bad I get sick but other times I don't have them at all. So, I would kind of like to know myself.

You may have a functional cyst. You may also be experiencing an unusually high dose of hormones.
