my car is going to be black on the outside(for now) should my lighting and accessories be blue or red

the car is black on the outside with grey interior
should i get red or blue neon lights

We have a black envoy and the interior is grey. I think that would be a better choice. It also has green dash lights which at night looks sharp but, if you can't go with that then I would do black with a blue interior and green lights.

If the car black on the outside i wood go with blue on the inside u know... blue on black thats the way to go... And if all else fells u can go with a pearl white with pearl blue flames silver tips. And go with black on the insind. It looks good trast me

That's a tough one, but I would acctually go with a black light if you are talking about things like ground effects and those winshield sprayers, but if you're talking about interior lighting I would go with a blue.
