i nursed and now i want em back, do the pills? creams?etc work??

Sadly, no :( Mine haven't been the same since... and I've tried everything. The only way to fix them is to have them lifted

When you find out, let me know! Just kidding. I've nursed all 4 of my kids, and they haven't gotten any worse. The damage was all done by the first one! I know that really doesn't answer your question, but it's nice to know. Anyway, give yourself some time to recuperate. Usually you'll bounce back to nearly normal within a year. If that's not good enough, there's always breast enlargement!
