That's a loaded question, really.

It depends on what you believe. I think you can. I believe that when you dream, everyone visits a place, like limbo, the place between life and death. You just visit different parts of it, whichever parts you need to help you out of your situation (that's what dreams are, in my opinion, your very own window into your own soul). SOmetimes, two or more people can meet up in the section. This simply means that you are going throught the same problem or need similar help. This doesn't mean that everyone you see is really there. Lots are just simply figments of your imagination. You can tell when they are the real person. It will be vivid and such.

I know this is farfetched. ANd yeah, it could just be neurons firing. But honestly, you think random neurons are the creations of wonderful worlds in your mind?

No, although the human brain is lined with millions of mirror cells that let us experience what others are experiencing, and with shared experiences comes shared thought patterns, I know what people will say before they say it 90% of the time.

Obviously one must hold oneself responsible for the evil impulses of one's dreams. In what other way can one deal with them? Unless the content of the dream rightly understood is inspired by alien spirits, it is part of my own being.

Yeah! we can communicate through dreams especially to God Almighty.... Once we dream and think of Him he listens and he answers back directly to our minds and hearts

There are no scientific facts so I will definitely say they
cannot. Like gods, ghosts and UFOs, no proof, no
belief.
