you can exfoliate your skin with a scrub at least once a week but not more than 3 times a week. that will remove dead skin cells and make your skin look and feel soft.

If your skin looks rough and bumpy, you should ask your doctor about excema. Drink too much water because moisturizing from the inside out helps a lot. But otherwise, you could use a product that stimulates collagen production, which will will help to resurface imperfections, but this is just temporary, and I wouldn't rely on it for say a formal event. Another good tip is using an illuminator or shimmer for body, and using it in the centre of the legs and arms, this will draw the attention to your skin highlight, very flattering. Good luck!

My favorite products are Philosophy and Bare Minerals. Philosophy has THE BEST face cleanser called Purity and tons of other great skin care products. I use their microdelivery peel once a week and their microdelivery peel pads everyday followed by Hope in a Jar, a facial moisturizer. I love Bare Minerals makeup, looks very natural and you barely know you have it on, it's not heavy at all. My skin is the nicest it has ever been since I've been using these products, I actually feel pretty! You can get both from Sephora or they have their own websites.

Use a glycolic acid lotion or gel or something With Retin-A. These products both do wonders on skin texture and any breakouts also. They are both exfoliants. However your skin will need to get used to them and it can cause some redness and peeling while you get used to it.
Also, you MUST MUST MUST use a high lever sunscreen if you're using these products as they make your skin more sensitive to the UV. Very important.
You can buy glycolic products over the counter, but Retin-A or Renova you will need a Dr's prescription for.

Well eating healthier will help your skin a lot. Like get all the daily servings of milk and protein and stuff like that. Make sure you drink a lot of water and green tea, try to stay away from colas and other carbonated drinks and fatty foods. Now that that's taken care of try exfoliateing then use a good lotion (i like victoria secret lotion because it's really good and it smells great) and/or use baby oil (the gel works just as good as the old stuff). Good Luck and I hope that does the trick.

I know this sounds very very very weird but if you do this on your face and then wait for 15-20 minutes and then put your makeup on it will make your skin look radiant and FLAWLESS. exactly like Sharon stone on the movie cat woman. Its Preparation H,......... I know that's weird but if you do some research you will see a lot of woman are doing it. they had a special on a woman who used it for 10-20 years & looked younger when she started using it..... Good Enough?

Have you tried exfoliating? There are a lot of good products that aren't too expensive. Loreal makes a good one. Try that. It sloughs off the dead skin and helps to resurface your skin tone.
