Where do you live ? I've never seen a dirty Walmart bathroom .

because nasty Target shoppers go there.
You should see Targets bathrooms :(
Have you ever been to Target during the day time,you will never find an associate around when you need them.And two registers are open when they have over 30 of them ! !

The same reasom so many other "public" restrooms are so filty.... they are used by nasty filthy scumsucking slime balls who do not know how to behave in public... and have no concern for any one else but themselves.... I have cleaned many a "public" restroom and returned in 15 min to find it totaly trashed and crap, quite literaly , over every thing...the first blame goes to the users not the cleaners...

Unless they have a person who cleans the bathrooms continually I don't know how they could possibly stay clean.
I don't use public bathrooms....I like to know who was there before me.

I,ve yet to go into one that was clean and odor free as of yet. I think its just bad management.
