I am a very emotional person, but I think the main things that cause me to cry are stress and when I am lonely. I hate to be alone, so if I am feeling distanced from friends/family, I will cry easily. I am also a real busy-body, so I can get run down and stressed very easily, which will often cause me to cry. Also, I hate needles, I cry when I have to go to the DRs and get a shot or have blood drawn.

My daughters are 21yrs and 25yrs old now, and I can't kiss the pain of life away like I used to be able to do when they were little, that makes me cry, when I see their struggles. I pray for them, and I know that's a lot, because I trust God, but sometimes, being a Mom, and an impatient one when I see my babies hurting, I just feel SOOO inadequate! Also, to see those documentaries about suffering children, always makes me cry, and I feel compelled to send relief of some sort, either through my church, or directly to them myself.

Well my girlfriend saw The Notebook for the first time tonight and has been crying ever since! For me it takes a lot of frustration or a Mets World Series win!

The heart wrenching pain of learning to live without my dearest loved one and wishing I had said certain things when I had the chance. Don't take any chance for granted to tell the people you love the good things you want to say, or to treat them kindly while they are here.Holding grudges, or holding back love will haunt you forever if they go without a moment's notice.
This is not a dress rehearsal.

Disappointment, frustration, anger, hurtful comments and actions. I am very sensitive, but oddly enough I don't cry when the stuff happens. I can't stand to cry in front of any one and I wait until I am in my room alone with the music blaring. I also cry when I am talking about my depression with my mom because I am so ashamed about it.

memories of past things never to come again, frustration and anger, seeing others who are hurting, thinking of what it would be like if someone close to me died. Yeah I don't wonder what that would be like anymore because I'm in tears before I know it.

Fusteration, helpnessness, sad movies or books, sad situations, when i feel my burdan is too heavy, when i made a grave mistake, or after i get in a verbal fight. I hate crying, but its healthier to release it than keep it bottled up

Onions mostly. I like to cook and the kids will sometimes ask me why I'm crying.
