So i was travelling a lot and there was some miscommunication, the buyer got antsy filed a claim, and won it. Paypal refunded $175 from my account to his and wants to refund the rest. The buyer has now received the item ,and is happy. How do I get this through to the morons at paypal that indeed he received his package and is cooperativer and wants to resovle this. Part of me feels like if I dont get tis fixed soon, the buyer is just gonna sit on his hands and let them collect from me and keep the item. This is really frustrating, suggestions?

I have had so much run around with Paypal in the past. Just, if you can show proof of receipt. If not, forward the emails that were sent to show it has been received. Fight the claim and stickk to your guns. I have since learned to get delivery confirmation on everything I send out and sell and to make insurance mandatory for high price sales. Good Luck!!

First I would contact Paypal with your side of the story, so maybe they will do an investigation, then I would contact Ebay, and also ask for their help or intervention. I would imagine there should be rules, or practices about this situation. Don't waste time on this, the faster you act, the better, even if you travel alot.

you basically ought to provide him an entire refund if he returns the article at his very own rate with a monitoring selection to tutor you acquire it lower back and you need to ask him properly to return it and tell him once you get it lower back youll provide him an entire refund no difficulty. in case you do no longer artwork it that way okay, IF he data a declare for a reimbursement against you, your money would be frozen until the case is resolved or he wins a reimbursement. i are conscious of it sux that shoppers on ebay have become away with window procuring with ebay on the customers area having the so called potential to regulate YOUR money yet as this is suitable now on ebay the sellers are dropping extra merchandise and funds because of the fact people pays you to deliver it to them, then document for a reimbursement while they get it of their palms and declare they no longer % it.yet think of they have no criminal accountability to return your merchandise, and in ninety 9% of the circumstances ebay and paypal the two dont provide one crap climate or no longer you get the article lower back, all they care approximately is the shopper getting their refund so as that they are going to get sturdy comments while they beg the shopper to take their survey of their journey interior the difficulty of them getting a reimbursement.

PayPal is just short of a scam. I sold a $300.00 software package, had proof it was delivered, had proof the software had been registered and who it was registered to. The customer claimed he never got the software and PayPal gave him his money back and even sending all the information I had made no difference!
