You need to take specific notes on what you are concerned about. Who said what & when and in what context. If my boss were to slip-up and accidentally call me "Babe" or "Dear" - that's not enough to show that I'm in a hostile work environment or that I have had any negative effects based on my sex.

You need either a series of these events or something "specific" Like being told you aren't being considered for something because you are a woman, etc.

Most often it is difficult to show hostile work environment. Talk to someone from the Labor Department in your area once you have some examples written down.


It might be easier to find a new job. Sorry to say that, but it's true! Best of luck.

id find another job and file a law case agaisn them if you have hard core evidence.You can make a call to cooperate.Jot down times and things that happen to back your case up.
