Wow, where do you keep on coming up with these great pairs...? So much better than "Who is tougher", etc.
Hmm. Vixen and Beast Boy You mean Gar (Changeling) Logan (no relation to Wolverine), right...?
Vixen wins, because Gar Logan is an immature kid, who drools for fabulously endowed women, which Vixen is. All she'd have to do is display her hot little body, and Gar (too embarrassed to actually talk to her) would be looking for a place to go, ahem, you know. The same way Animal Man was shy with Vixen, in his title, years ago. ("She's a goddess, and I'm sitting here with a banana in my hand.")
[Remember the issue of Teen Titans when Steve (Mento) Dayton got PO'd at Gar for using the Mento helmet to make, shall we say, hentai images of Koriand'r...?]
Now, Animal Man and Changeling would be a good contest. Can A-Man copy Gar's abilities fast enough to keep up...? Can Changeling change fast enough to get Buddy confused or catch him off guard...?
But as far as Vixen and Beast Boy go, my answer stands.

I dunno... All i've seen of Vixen is on JLU. From that I'd say Beastboy. They are close in basic idea, one transforms into animals and one uses the powers of animals. Given that Beastboy has a whole range of powers and shapes he can take and that versatilaty wins the day.
Now what do you think would happen if Beastboy fought Animal Man.
