Yea I dont see that happening. Forums are generally a combination of .css, PHP and html.

Now you can have a website with nothing on it and you can upload stuff to folders (via ftp) and when you go to the website, it will usually default to a folder type structure to browse through files. I dont know if that helps, but your questions isnt that clear so I dont know what it is you are trying to accomplish.

Well I think he is looking more for an out of a box solution that he can just plug and play with.

There are several pre-configured scripts out there that you can use without any knowledge or need of custom HTML.

Your hosting company can offer to provide tools such as Mambo CMS (content management system) which is already pre-built for you. All you need to do is study their User Guide and have internet connection to log into your administration panel, and create new pages and type up the new content.

There are many more tools like Mambo and make sure your hosting company can and is up to date with this kind of software. There are plenty of them out there. Hope this helps a bit.

HTML is needed in order for your browser to know that it is a web page and how to display the information.

Try Web.com -- They have a website builder that does not require HTML knowledge that comes with the hosting. I have used them before. If more questions you can email me.
