Because you get on birth control doesn't mean you are not a virgin anymore. Doctors can just "assume" this information nor give out personal information you give them. Especially since patients lie.....
Most states have minor protection laws on recieving medical attention. Where parent notification concerns are on abortions as it is a "surgical" or "at risk" medical procedure or medican.

No. It's called patient confidence, I think. But it would depend if it was life-threatening, etc...
But if your parents are paying for it.
If you are paying for it- tell your parents anyway, and if you tell the docter this, then they shouldn't have to.

No, that is patient confidentiality. So they can't tell your parents if you ask them not to. Then they really can't.
