you can take Robitussin for coughs, Chloraseptic spray or lozenge, or Cepacol lozenge for sore throats.

If it's just a sore throat you can try some over the counter meds, just be sure to check the label to see if you can take it. You can also try gargling with salted water but it tastes gross. If you have a fever AND a sore throat it could mean an infection and you'd need to see a doc.

Go to the doctor you might have strep throat and need anti biotics...you can take regular Tylenol for the pain until then

Put honey and lemon juice on a tablespoon and swallow it. Or buy Ricola's, or some other natural throat lozenge.

Talk to your OB, thats what I had to do. They can write you a perscription or confirm that its nothing to worry about. Good luck and hope that you feel better.
