they should do a wing T formation, or the power I, or even a full house. and the go to spread for passing if its like 3rd down.

The I Formation is a crucial set that gives a lot of back to the run in the middle, but also opens up the TE from blocker to a receiver, the I Formation is the best play calling for short down yardage....That's why you see Carson Palmer and Peyton Manning calling audibles at the line mostly in a I Formation because it could either be a run or a pass it's to hard to pick apart that's why it's still around that' my opinion

If you go to the wing t or the power i you will be limited in your down field passing game. The i formation is getting less and less popular now with all of the west coast/spread offenses. If you like these different formations watch Hawaii. It is like a formation rule book illustrated.

I remember a NLF coach tried running the wing t and had problems. Check out the source

If you're sick of it, take some Alka-Seltzer and get over it.
