Geez Neddie...it's a lousy mid-term election, not Armageddon!

If you study history, there have been shifts of well over a hundred seats in the House before. In 1994 the Republicans picked up 54 seats in the House.

Now will your side be able to contain its glee and gloating if the Democrats pick up 15 or 20 seats? They'd better, because they'd be a bunch of busy boys and girls trying to change America's culture, values, economic and political direction with a slim House majority!

Plus, who would they complain about during the 2008 run for the White House?

Sure he just has to let him out of the secret room in the White House hes been holding him in...I can see it now..Oh my gosh it will be awesome ok..this might get long...
Bush is sleeping quietly when he hears a rustling on the intercom, the secret service get up to investigate and he says no boys i got this one...He runs through the hall way in his cowboy outfit he fell asleep in...boots, belt buckle, six shooter cap guns (they dont give him the real thing anymore) and a lasso...
He gets to the end of the hallway when he sees a tall thin arab man on dialysis and he screams wooheeee....Runs....screaming galloping....gets him...its Osama...and right behind him is Hannity and Colmes, to interview him......
That would be funny.

No, but they can find Saddam GUILTY right before the election. I believe they hope that it will give the republicans the boost they need to win or retain house and senate seats.

HAHA!! oh wait, you're not serious, are you? well the answer is HECK NO. bush has done nothing productive for this country. he's a loafer. he just makes speeches and doesn't do anything about it. he's like the most useless person i can think of. i, myself personally, cannot stand him.

I love your question. I think this discussion has killed the intended impact it would have had and so they'll just keep him on the payroll in hiding.

Nope. But it appears the Dems won't get the Senate anyway.

No, but he can arrange to have Saddam sentenced Sunday in hopes of swaying voters.

That would be nice, but after the Kerry debacle I think that would be a little too much to ask for.
