-see a dietician. if you're lacking certain foods you will be tired no matter what you do. you need some of everything - proteins, grain, dairy, veg, etc.
-ensure that you have some sort of exercise or workout routine to keep blood flowing through your body
-do you feel tired when you get up? if so, check symptoms on websites about sleeping disorders. some people can sleep all night and not wake up rested. sleep clinics can monitor you while you sleep but you need a doctor referral.
-stress is a huge factor in fatigue. try some meditation. stretch during the day at work. get some fresh air.
-do you work in a place that has sunlight? lack of light can add to fatigue.
-get blood tests from your doctor.
-depression - look up symptoms! it starts off as fatigue and then turns into lack of desire for a lot of things.

Lack of Iron or depression; But I would go to a doctor (not to scare you), I have a friend who found out that he had an extreme case of lime desease and he had no idea of how he got it. Also extreme tiredness can also be an indication of cancer and I think mono. It's probably nothing serious, however I would get it checked out. Good Luck

Check with your doc. It may be anemia and you can have iron levels done to see if you are anemic. If not, then it can be stress, depression or just the weather if you live in a gloomy state like me in WI.
