You didnt get an answer within a set time frame from the server, or the server didnt get your full request within a certain ammount of time.

In short, your connection quality is poor.

the operation timed, means there is an issue with your connection, its given a certain amount of time to connect and if it doesn't you will receive that message, possible intermittent connection.
