I mean, if part of your job is chasing around criminals, isn't harder when you haven't been exercising? Most of the cops I see need a tune up.

well,a lot of them go patroling in their cars,and work behind the desk,so they dont get the exercise they need.they need to walk the beat.

Well, cops work hard, they wake up early in the morning, go get a double-double coffee and donut full of calories, go to their workplace, and patrol the streets for the rest of the day. Most cops you see on the roads live a life like this... the most excercise they get is steping on the gas pedal. The ones who actually go chase after criminals... they're probably just big and buff

Tune up? I would say they need a replacement. But then again, I guess that's why they carry a gun and a night stick.
But your right. You don't see that with our military people though. They woke up in the 50's with regulations that if they were not at a certain weight they were mustered out. Too bad our law enforcement agencys haven't woke up to the same problems these days. But then again maybe they don't want to force the issue too far as it may endanger them with harrassment and discrimination suits. Wonderful law makers we have isn't it? And remember now... they are both Democrats and Republicans and most of them are educated lawyers too.

They can't do there jobs, thats is why so many people are getting killed. Because they are to lazy to get off their !$@% and see what is really going on and just shoot.
