Most people say it's to wake them up, or do you just like the taste of mocha/chocolate. Why are there so many Starbucks stores? Doesn't one coffee taste the same as all the rest?

In USA , it's the traditional morning pick me up, as tea is in other countries. And heavens, no, all coffees don't taste alike.
I can't explain the phenomenon of Starbucks, heck they even just raised their prices ! It's quick, and has lots of variety besides just hot coffee. I like the CD's they sell there tho :)
There are so many varieties and different kind of coffee beans and flavors, and mine doesn't have any mocha/chocolate flavoring at all. Just plain basic coffee for me!

I like my coffee - strong - mostly I use 8 O'clock from A&P.
Or sometimes Folgers. But, I must say - my coffee is really
strong. First thing in the morning a good strong cup is my
wake-up call. I also drink coffee late at night, again strong,
or I can't get to sleep. Yes I know, I am addicted.
Best thing so - a fresh strong cup and a cigarette!

All coffee's taste different. I hate Star Bucks. What a waste of money!!! But, I do love my Folger's. "It's the best part of waking up," especially when coupled with a cigarette!
Oh, but to answer you, I like coffee because it tastes good and warms me up.

well i dont like coffee but everyone i know that does pretty much say it wakes them up gives them energy but some people just like the taste

its a stimulate and it relaxes you.no all coffee dont taste the same.i like folgers,8 oclock.maxwell house,and chase and sanborn.when i drink coffee,i want coffee,not any of those kind that claim to be coffee.
