Not if they are prescribed to them. It depends how old the kid is, but it should be up to the parent to question the prescribing physician as to why their child is on the drug, and what the risks are Vs. the benefits.

You know it really depends on what kind of drug it is because kids who are depressed will take cold medicine to help get to sleep or even to kill them selves. Some kinds of legal drugs are needed though like drugs from birth control pills to advil. Birth control pills are very imortant though if some 14 year old girl gets raped she would need to take birth control. Plus can you imagine giving birth without pain killers!!!! Hope this helps!!

Yes...They should be told why some over the counter drugs are bad.....because some are abused as much as illegal ones.

to bedin kids shouldnt be doing any kind of drugs legal or not cuz for little kids any drug is not legal.

they should if they are being abused or if they are taking them without consulting a pharmacist or physician first, but if they need tylenol for a headache for example...then no not really...
