Try a store called Talbots. If you don't have one near you, look it up online or find a catalog. Half their selection is petites!

Jcpenney.com - they have petite sizes and some nice styles, too. There are several major dept stores on line and they seem to carry more sizes than in the stores. Good luck to you!

Sometimes even petite is to long for some ladies . they will alter them for you

i am also short you should just get your pants hemmed thats what i have to do.
