I have basketball 3 days in a row next week. Will I be recovered by then?

If you think you strained your ACL then you need to see your physician immediately and will likely be referred to an orthopedist for specific testing for the integrity of the ligament. Then you will likely be referred to physical therapy so that you knee can be adequately strengthened and stabilized to compensate for the strain as it heals. And no, you will not be healed by next week if you truly sprained your ACL and, in fact, will be exposing yourself to further potential injury by playing next week.

I am a physical therapist. More info is needed. Can you walk on it? If it is an ACL tear, you most likely can't. You could however have torn a meniscus (disc in the knee) which can cause muscle inhibition and pain. Either way, I agree with the answer above. Don't play until you have seen a physician. You may also need an MRI. Recovery could be simple or difficult. It depends on what is wrong.

I ripped my ACL about 1 year back and didn't go to the doctor for about 3 weeks thinking it would get better, and I ended up ripping up my meniscus, and my MCL. So if I were you I would contact an orthopedic surgeon.

Follow the advices of the people who already replied to your question-go see your doctor right away and refrain from basketball until you do so. You will definitely aggravate your condition!
