I need to find someone who is good at graphic designs and can make a wallpaper for me using some pictures that i have. Can anyone help me?

If you download a program called GIMP, you can do quite alot on your own. I'm not sure exactly what you want, but my roommate is a graphic designer, but I don't think she would work for free.
If you want, you can email me off list and I can maybe give you a bit more advice.
