If you're looking for a good pub, I would recommend Fiddler's Green in Winter Park. Depending on where you are staying, it may be a bit out of the way, but I definitely think it's worth the trip. Great food and drink and live music.

If you're staying out by Disney and that part of town, there is an Irish pub at Downtown Disney. The food is good but a bit expensive. But most restaurants are on this side of town.

Orlando is kind of lame. what part of orlando will you be staying in? if you are near disney there are lots of touristy places -- nothing extremely special. the swan hotel at disney has a couple nice restaurants and a decent bar. most larger hotels have bars and restaurants and there really isn't anything that special to stray from there.
