You'll need a teacher's certificate. This means having at least a Bachelor's degree and the coursework needed to teach in the state where you live (it's different for each state). Most teachers go to college in the state where they are going to teach so that when they graduate they can go ahead and start their careers.

Depends on the state. Go look up individual laws.

A degree in Art (Art Major) or Education with an Art Minor or Art with an Education Minor.

Then you need to take course for Teacher Certification (anohter year or so), which also includes Special Education and then you need to student teach for a semester under supervision.

You may also have to get individual certifications for different grade levels.

If you want to be a teacher (science, music, math, english, art, social, studies, shop or physical education) you need a teaching degree.

All my teachers in high school had degrees (B.A.) and then because of bush's laws they mostly had masters degree
