Aerobic is a type of respiration that uses O2 in the metabolic breakdown of sugar, where as anaerobic is the use of CO2. So thus a human practices both aerobic and anaerobic respiration (glycolysis is anaerobic, thus does not need 02, but the TCA cycle or kreb cycle needs 02 thus is aerobic. As for a good website, i would just type in aerobic respiration on a google search and you are bound to get something.
