It means they are looking for two points and that's it. Most of the people here are still in high school and below so what kind of answers are you expecting? It's just unfortunate that many people look for honest advice here rather than going to the proper agency or people who have the correct knowledge.

It's the new thing YA did. You know where you can rate the questions with a thumbs up or down- Click on that and it won't show the answers that have bad ratings. You get to pick how many bad ratings they can have to be able for you to see the answer.
