You can have prescription goggles made for you but it's super expensive.

The best bet is to buy an over the glasses (OTG) pair of goggles. My favorite OTG goggles are the Smith Knowledge.

If you don't like the style of this goggle you can buy Smiths ODS which will snap prescription lenses into most of their goggles.

They make goggles for fitting over the glasses. They are called OTG. I recommend you find a shop

that carries that kind of goggle.

in the journey that your -a million.50 and -2.50 astigmatic in the two eyes, i circulate to guess you notice a lot extra helpful which incorporate your glasses than with out them, so i might placed on them finished time. getting used to donning them finished time is incredibly common and in time you will no longer think of something approximately donning glasses and it experience very organic and you will no longer even know you have them on, and the only distinction between donning them area time and finished time is as an entire time wearer each and everything will continuously be in concentration, so which you on no account conflict to be sure some thing which you will no longer see with out glasses.
