Brown hair can be just as beautiful as blond or black provided you give it some attention. If your hair has a tendency to just sit there, try styling it up a little bit add some subtle makeup and put on a lacy top with a skirt or a pair of dress pants. Today, girly can be anything you want so long as you feel confident enough to wear it. Try a few different looks and go with the most feminine one that you feel the best about, because that is the one that will be the most convincing.
