Don't let anyone fool you.
Any tea will relieve constipation because it is a hot liquid.
So even coffee, warm milk, hot cocoa, etc will help you out.
Just don't go overboard cause too much caffeine is not good for you either.

Get some Laci LeBeau Super Dieters Tea. That would clear a backup in anybody! Works great if you use 2 bags instead of 1.

It's mineral oil that's a laxative not olive oil. Yes I've used a soap suppository. Just make sure it's a small soft piece so it won't hurt going in. You can also buy glycerin suppositories at the drug store, which is where you can buy mineral oil too.

Just eat lots of fruit with skin on i.e. apples, grapes, plums, prunes, etc. Eating 3 or 4 plums in quick succesion will soon sort you out! Also, snacking on sunflower seeds is very good for keeping you regular as they are very high in dietary fiber.

You probably don't eat enough fruits and vegs. I had this problem and when I went to the doctor they wanted to prescribe me meds. I didn't take them. I started only eating fruits and vegs and only drinking water. It took a while to fix the problem completley, but I am better now.
