I'm a little confused about it if you could awnser some questions i have to make it clearer that would be great

You won't find a "transcript" of what went on in the trying of the case (that is, text of all the questions and arguments raised when it was heard in court), but here is the text of the Supreme Court's unanimous decision in the case

Decision authored by Chief Justice John Marshall, who in this case "established in McCulloch v. Maryland (1819) that states could not tax federal institutions and upheld congressional authority to create the Second Bank of the United States, even though the authority to do this was not expressly stated in the Constitution"
