Yes, Ginkgo Biloba, I take two 30mg capsules a day, one in the morning and one at night. I had ringing in my ears so bad that I couldn't sleep. Then about 2 weeks after taking Ginkgo Biloba the ringing started to gradually go away.

No, but I would sleep with a fan on for background noise and this seemed to help. My tinnitus has gone away (for now), but I still keep the fan on. You can also buy sound machines (HoMedics) that play different sounds such as ocean waves, thunder, rain or white noise, etc. It's worth a try. I know how maddening that condition can be. Good luck!

There's no remedy for tinnitus that I know of, outside of something drastic like, say, cochlear implants. (and before the whackjobs start answering; NO. there is NO homeopathic remedies for it.)

Try meditation. Use the ringing as a focal sound. 20 minutes morning and evening (before dinner). This should reduce the sound at other times.
